Port communication彭易Aaron说申请补贴企业应在培训结束后15个工作日内登录网上服务系统，按实际参加培训员工人数和学时申请补贴。线上培训和线下培训补贴可分别申请。参加培训不足10学时的员工，不可申请培训补贴；参加培训10学时以上的，可按实际参加培训学时申请培训补贴。
申请培训补贴总学时中，通用职业素质培训学时不超过30%。five、申请材料（一）深圳市企业员工适岗培训补贴申请表。（二）开户银行核发的基本存款账户《开户许可证》或《基本存款账户信息》。（三）企业与员工签订的劳动合同（在本市缴交社会保险费的无需提供）。
（四）参训员工属劳务派遣或服务外包人员的，需提供用工企业与派遣（服务）公司签订的服务协议或合同（包括员工姓名、身份证号码、服务起止期限等内容）。
（五）线上培训平台记录的培训数据（包括姓名、手机号码、身份证号码、培训课程、培训时间、培训时长等），由企业盖章确认；属委托第三方平台开展培训的，需提供委托协议及第三方平台出具的培训数据资料，由双方盖章确认。
（六）线下培训考勤记录表（包括培训教师和参训员工姓名、身份证号码、手机号码、培训课程、岗位、培训时间记录签名等）。six、申报时间2025年2月19日起，企业可向各区人力资源部门提交培训计划备案。
市人力资源保障局正抓紧对业务申报系统进行改造，在系统未上线之前，各区可按本通知
