3. 净资产回报率越高越好
4. 资产负债率越低越好
5. 境内主体行业与境外公司的行业不能是房地产，hotel，影城，娱乐业，体育俱乐部，金融类，国+的核心技术和产品等三、境外投资备案所需材料
6. 上年度的审计报告
7. 银行资信证明
8. 境内公司组织架构图
9. 境内主体的执照
10. 境外公司开业证明、章程（中英文版本均要）
11. 境内主体公司的法人股东证件复印件
12. 境外公司中英文名字四、境外投资需要的时间（以深圳为例）
