2. 办理公司名称预先核准（3个工作日）；
3. 办理验资；

5. 准备资料（如公司章程、股东会决议、经营场所租赁合同、产权证复件等）；
6. 交工商登记机关注册登记、领取营业执照（5个工作日）；
7. 刻制公章、财章（公安局备案）；
8. 办理组织机构代码证；
9. 办理地税、国税登记并领取税务登记证(3个工作日)；
10. 凭营业执照、公财章、代码证、税务登记证到银行；
11. 开设公司基本账户（5个工作日）。
