Application conditions
：申请人力资源服务许可证的，应当符合下列条件：（1）有与申请业务相适应的固定场所、办公设施和资金等；（2）有至少大专以上学历、且取得人力资源市场从业人员资格证书的专职工作人员；（3）有健全可行的工作章程和管理制度；（4）法人或其他组织均可申请设立，个人不得设立；（5）具备相关法律、法规规定的其他条件。

人力资源服务许可证申请材料：（1）申请单位的法人证明文件；（2）法人身份证明材料；（3）公司概况；（4）公司章程扫描件（工商局调档章程）；（5）自然人股东身份证明材料；（6）注册资金证明（经会计师事务所验资的文本或上年度审计报告原件及复印件)；（7）工作规则：包括内部管理规章和工作制度；（8）固定场地使用证明（经房产行政部门鉴证的合同或物业管理合同）；（9）工作规则：包括内部管理规章和工作制度；（10）人力资源服务机构服务章程，包括机构性质、开展服务的方式、服务内容、收费标准等。
