操作模式如下：（1）融租企业对承租人尽调，满足条件后，将租赁物交付给承租人；（2）P2P平台将租金收益权转让信息在其平台公布；（3）投资人与融租公司签署《收益权转让合同》；（4）投资人向第三方支付机构支付收益权转让款；（5）经P2P平台指示，第三方支付机构向融租公司支付收益权转让款；（6）承租人向第三方支付机构支付租金；（7）投资人收取租金收益。
此等模式下，债权并未转移，投资人仅享有租金收益请求权，但出于增信需要，融资租赁公司一般会提供担保或承诺履行租金逾期后的收益权回购义务。
