深圳前海地址托管协议续签到期如何续签前海商秘公司地址托管新系统完成企业认领。企业的名称、法定代表人等信息在住所托管协议有效期内未发生变更的，在协议到期前一个月应申请续约。不及时办理托管协议续签及未及时办理信息更新的企业，将会被认定为失联失效企业。

失联失效企业将被报送至深圳市市场监督管理局和深圳市前海税务局进行依法处理。被处理的托管企业的经营活动、税务活动都将受到限制，企业在信用评级上也会受到影响。列入住所托管负面清单企业，如果未及时有效进行申诉，商秘公司将不为其提供住所托管服务，同时共享至前海信用平台，甚至报送至相关监管部门。
