Port communication深圳市场监管局扩大了企业简易注销适用范围，符合条件的有限责任公司、非公司企业法人、个人独资企业、合伙企业、非上市股份有限公司、各类企业分支机构均可申请简易注销。该局建立了“企业简易注销一窗通”平台，实现市场监管、税务等企业注销业务一站式办理。“注销企业一窗通””适用于符合简易注销条件的企业。
相关要点如下：一是支持企业通过国家企业信用信息公示系统免费发布简易注销公告，公示出资人承诺书。二是简易注销登记时企业不再提交《备案通知书》。报纸样张等材料。三是大幅缩短注销公告时间，将注销公告时间由原来的 45 天缩短至20天。
四是扩大简易注销适用范围将未开展经营活动、无债权债务的非上市股份有限公司、各类企业分支机构也纳入简易注销登记程序。五是对提出简易注销且未办理过涉税事宜，或者办理过涉税事宜但未领取发票、无欠税（滞纳金）及罚款的企业，税务部门直接将清税免办信息反馈到“一窗通系统，企业无需到税务部门办理清税手续。
企业有下列情形之一，不得申请简易注销登记：（一）依法被吊销、被列入严重违法企业名单或者被载入经营异常名录尚未移出的；（二）企业股权（投资权益）已被冻结或者已出质登记的；（三）违反企业登记管理法规被立案查处，或者涉及其他重大案件的；（四）司法机关等有关部门限制办理注销或者依法由司法机关等相关部门组织清算的；（五）企业进入行政复议、诉讼或者仲裁程序的；（六）商事登记机关认为不应适用简易注销登记的其他情形。
