Things to note

：

1. 注册资金至少1元，不能0元。
2. No capital verification required：有限责任公司实行注册资本认缴登记制度。认缴制的有限公司无低注册资本限制，不登记审核实收资本， 无需提交验资报告，在章程里约定出资额、出资时间等即可前来办理营业执照。

股东应当按照章程的约定时间和方式 实收到位，但是市场监管局不对实收情况进行审核管理。

1. 办照时无需提交租赁合同凭证等地址证明材料，在表格上填写信息即可。
2. 属于需要审批项目的，先办理营业执照后，再到相关部门去办理许可审批手续。不需要审批的一般项目办理执照后可以直接经营。
