- 旅社旅行社注册资本：international travel agency：不得少于150万元人民币；国内旅行社：不得少于30万元人民币；
- 旅行社交纳质量保证金：经营境内和入境旅游业务的旅行社，质量保证金不少于20万元；每设立一个分社，应当向分社质量保证金账户存入5万元。
经营出境旅游业务的旅行社，质量保证金不少于140万元；每设立一个分社，应当向分社质量保证金账户存入35万元。经营边境旅游业务的旅行社，质量保证金不少于50万元；每设立一个分社，应当向分社质量保证金账户增存10万元。
