- 旅行社应当自取得旅行社业务经营许可证之日起3个工作日内，在本市旅游行政管理部门指定的银行开设专门的质量保证金账户，存入旅游服务质量保证金20万元，这个保证金旅游局会存进银行，只有当旅行社注销时才能申请取出来，而平常，按照银行利率领点利息。
