Port communication港信通彭易说派遣：从事劳务派遣相关业务的公司可能在经营的过程中对公司的固定经营场所或公司名称等需要变更，需要重新向《人力资源和社会保障局》提交变更申请书。那么需要提交哪些材料呢？1、劳务派遣经营许可申请书两份，一份原件另一份复印件，其中都必须盖有公司的公章。
（填写单位名称时需注意必须与公司公章的名称一致）
- 如需变更法人代表，应出具公司股东和董事会出于的变更代表人决议，还需提交变更后法人代表的营业执照。
- 如需变更公司名称，需要向工商部门进行申请，申请后拿到准予变更通知书需要提交准予变更通知书的原件和复印件。
- 如需变更注册资本，应由会计师所出具的1个月内的验资报告的原件和复印件。（其中包括注册资金和1个月内的财务情况）
- 如需变更经营场所，如是自用商用房需出具房产证的原件和复印件；如是租赁商用房需出具租赁合同的原件以及复印件。
- 变更后法人代表的居民身份证证件的原件以及复印件和《法定代表人身份证书》。
将材料提交给许可机构后，许可机构将会在20至30个工作日内指派两名以上的工作人员进行实地核查，经核查后许可机构将会在规定的时间内作出是否准予《劳务派遣行政许可证》变更的通知书。
