深圳劳务派遣许可证办理全流程详解（附官方流程图）

的劳务派遣公司可将申请材料提交给许可机构窗口处进行受理。许可机构在受理过程中如有发生申请公司有隐瞒实情或提交虚假材料等情况，许可机构有权不再受理并依法处罚申请公司。

初审过后，许可机构的工作人员将把资料转交给专审人员，由专审人员对申请公司提交的材料进行审核的检查，并指派两名以上的工作人员到申请公司的经营场所地进行核实，再将核实结果转交给专审人员进行检查。
