- 人社部决定受理的，向申请人出具《受理决定书》；
- 2名左右的工作人员初步检查材料是否齐全并告知补正。
- 20-30个工作日的窗口审批期。
- 授予行政许可的，颁布深圳劳务派遣经营许可证。深圳劳务派遣经营许可证办理有3年有效期，这3年内需要在相关部门监督下开展活动，并且每年定期递交上一年度的企业经营状况相应的报告，过期需要提前60天申请换发。
