Registration process
：Company name approval、签署工商登记材料、开户验资、Apply for business license、Engraved seal、办理组织机构代码、办理税务登记。
依据《劳动合同法》第五十七条经营劳务派遣业务应当具备下列条件：(one)注册资本不得少于人民币二百万元;(two)有与开展业务相适应的固定的经营场所和设施;(three)有符合法律、行政法规规定的劳务派遣管理制度;(Four)法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。
blob:经营劳务派遣业务，应当向劳动行政部门依法申请行政许可;经许可的，依法办理相应的公司登记。未经许可，任何单位和个人不得经营劳务派遣业务。劳务派遣经营许可证需要在当地人力资源和社会保障局申请行政许可，在满足条件通过审核之后下发《劳务派遣经营许可证》，Valid for 3 years。
许可机关收到申请材料后，应当根据下列情况分别作出处理：(one)申请材料存在可以当场更正的错误的，应当允许申请人当场更正;(two)申请材料不齐全或者不符合法定形式的，应当当场或者在5个工作日内一次告知申请人需要补正的全部内容，逾期不告知的自收到申请材料之日起即为受理;(three)申请材料齐全、符合法定形式，或者申请人按照
