深圳ICP证年检具体步骤 1、增值电信业务经营许可证年检系统开启，持证单位可从网上提交年检材料； 2、年检系统正常提交年检材料通道关闭，同时开启整改通道，此时间点前未提交年检材料的列入整改范畴。 3、年检系统整改通道关闭，不再接收任何年检材料和年检整改材料。
