深圳ICP经营许可证办理要走什么流程 ICP经营许可证全称增值电信信息服务业务经营许可证，只要是盈利性的网站都需要申请ICP经营许可证，非盈利性网站即一般的展示型网站只需要ICP域名备案即可。

办理深圳icp经营许可证需要的资料清单如下:

1. 公司营业执照副本原件、法定代表人有效期内的二代身份证原件彩色扫描件1份;
2. 公司的公司章程原件彩色扫描件1份;
3. 企业联系人、信息安全负责人、客服负责人的有效期内的二代身份证正反面原件彩色扫描件;复印件加盖红章1份；
4. 企业联系人、信息安全负责人、客服负责人近3个月的社保证明 ICP经营许可证申请时间较长，深圳这边正常需要4-5个月，先是网上申报，通过后再递交纸质材料，通过后会约谈法人，再颁发ICP经营许可证。
