Port communication什么是ICP证书?ICP证书，全称为中华人民共和国增值电信业务经营许可证，由省级通信管理局核发，简单来讲，就是网站经营许可证。根据《互联网管理办法规定》，经营性网站必须办理ICP证，否则就属于非法经营。
ICP证是互联网经营许可证，也就是说但凡是经营性网站就是一定要办理的，否则一旦查到就会被封站罚款，而且这属于重大违规行为，此后三年内是不允许在办理电信相关的经营资质的，所以凡是想要运营经营性网站的朋友建议还是在资质齐全的情况下再运营。
