深圳国内旅行社经营许可和国际旅行社经营许可申请条件

在国内想要创办旅行社就需要办理国内旅行经营许可证，如果后续也要出境游业务的话就要申请国际旅行社经营许可资质。

申请国内旅行社许可证需要的条件：

1. 自有或租用、租期不少于1年的营业用房
2. 必备的办公设备：2部电话机、联网至市文体旅游局的计算机、打印传真机等；
3. Registered capital：不少于30万元；
4. 保证金：20million yuan；
5. 旅行社责任险：保单；
6. 导游：3名国际旅行社许可证只能在国内游满两年的情况下去申请，升级条件：
7. 旅行社取得许可经营国内旅游和入境旅游业务满两年；
8. 连续两年未因侵害旅游者合法权益受到行政机关罚款以上处罚；
9. 保证金：140万元（包括原有20万元）或依法取得银行担保；
10. 旅行社责任险：保单。
