深圳规范危化品及易制毒化学品经营许可证行政审批事项深圳规范危化品及易制毒化学品经营许可证行政审批事项近日深圳市安监局发布《深圳市安全生产监督管理局危险化学品和易制毒化学品行政审批工作制度》。根据规定，危险化学品和易制毒化学品现有9个行政审批事项。

深圳市安监局危险化学品和易制毒化学品现有9个行政审批事项，依次为危险化学品生产企业安全生产许可、危险化学品经营许可、危险化学品安全使用许可、危险化学品建设项目安全条件审查、危险化学品建设项目安全设施设计审查、第一类非药品类易制毒化学品生产许可、第一类非药品类易制毒化学品经营许可、非药品类易制毒化学品生产、经营备案、危险化学品建设项目试生产备案等9项。

深圳市安监局表示，在申请危险化学品生产企业安全生产许可证核发、危险化学品安全使用许可证核发、危险化学品建设项目安全条件审查、第一类非药品类易制毒化学品生产许可证核发和第一类非药品类易制毒化学品经营许可证核发等事项时，申请单位可不提供营业执照原件或复印件，由受理人员通过信息共享等方式获取。

《工作制度》明确表示，行政许可工作人员和专家要坚持原则、作风正派、廉洁公正，严禁以权谋私，严禁公车私用，严禁使用申请单位车辆，严禁向申请单位吃、拿、卡、要。

危化品监管处要通过组织案卷评查、处领导对现场核查进行抽查监督等方式，加强内部监督，安监局纪检部门不定期开展明查暗访，随机抽查行政许可办理情况，加强对工作纪律的监督。
