- 登记机关自行推送信息给相关机构：登记机关应当同时通过国家企业信用信息公示系统将企业拟申请简易注销登记的相关信息推送至同级税务、人力资源和社会保障等部门，涉及外商投资企业的还要推送至同级商务主管部门。
- 利害关系人、政府部门提异议：公告期内，有关利害关系人及相关政府部门可以通过国家企业信用信息公示系统《简易注销公告》专栏“异议留言”功能提出异议并简要陈述理由。
- 简易注销：公告期满后，企业方可向企业登记机关提出简易注销登记申请。

- 企业申请简易注销程序，需公告，如果章程没有特殊规定，则按照公司法应当是公告一次，45天。如果企业章程规定公告三次，或者长于45天，则按章程执行。
