- 办理变更营业执照 (1)到原注册地工商部门凭变更后的批准证书办理该企业工商“企业迁出核准通知书”，并注销原工商营业执照 (2)凭“企业迁出核准通知书”到新注册地工商登记部门办理工商资料转入手续(资料由两地工商部门进行邮寄)，并直接申请新的营业执照。
- 办理变更组织机构代码证
