深圳公司股权变更

在深圳，公司股权变更流程：登报处理——网上申请变更登记——公司章程修改——进行网上电子签名——提交资料审核——更换营业执照，领取新变更营业执照。办理公司股权变更，需要提供的资料有：

1. 公司营业执照的正副本原件；
2. 公章；
3. Charter；
4. 新旧法人股东的身份证原件。

It should be noted that，2025年之后的公司办理股权变更，不需要做股权公证，但还需要申请递交材料才可以。提交的材料应当备注说明，提供复印件的，需要注明与原件一致并且由公司签署，并加盖公司公章或者签字才可以。

《公司变更登记申请书》，如果是代理办理的，还需要《指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明》，这些申请表都可以在国家工商行政管理总局，简称工商局进行下载或者是到工商局进行领取。
