one、货币资金出资

1. 开立银行临时帐户投入资本金时须在银行单据“用途／款项来源／摘要／备注”一栏中注明“投资款”
2. 各股东按各自认缴的出资比例分别投入资金，分别提供银行出具的进帐单原件
