- 有开公司的想法之后，我们要先准备好公司名字，提交时可提供3-5个，以防备重名等事项造成的无法注册，耽误时间;
- 准备好股东的身份证明原件或扫描件、jpg、png格式图片等（不可为复印件），和出资情况(现在深圳实行认缴制，股东可以根据自身实力和企业所需制定出资额);
- 准备好公司法定代表人和监事身份信息以及任职书;
- 成立公司股东会，编写公司章程;
- 准备好公司注册地址的使用证明;如是租赁的需要提供租赁合同和房屋产权复印件;
- ：将上述资料准备好之后，将其递交到辖区的行政服务大厅五证合一的办理窗口，正式申请，领取五证合一受理通知书;
- 申请材料到监管局窗口后，工作人员会在2-3个工作日内完成营业执照信息登记，将所有办理好的证件发送到综合窗口，综合窗口打印好营业执照;
- 营业执照打印好之后通知申请人来窗口领取;
- 领取营业执照后一个月内到制定的刻章店刻印公章、财务章、发票章等。
