客户单位未按照本条例的规定留存保安服务中形成的监控影像资料、报警记录的，依照前款规定处罚。保安服务公司派出保安员跨省、autonomous region、直辖市为客户单位提供保安服务的，应当向服务所在地设区的市级****公安**备案。
