Application conditions
：
- 对符合条件的经营场所进行二级消防审批
- 至少一名主要负责人和两名安全生产管理人员应取得安全总监证书和安全生产管理人员证书
- 有健全的安全生产规章制度和岗位操作规程；
- 有符合国家规定的危险化学品事故应急预案，配备必要的应急救援设备和器材；
- law、法规、国家标准或者行业标准规定的其他安全生产条件。

：A、 深圳市危险化学品经营许可网上申请；B、 受理深圳市危险化学品经营许可申请材料；c、 审批人员初审深圳市危险化学品经营许可证；D、 深圳市危险化学品经营许可证现场检查；E、 发证机关审批《深圳市危险化学品经营许可证》；F、 经审查合格的，发给《中华人民共和国危险化学品经营许可证》。
不符合条件的，应当书面通知申请人Ps：若有仓储设施的，应当向市安监局提出申请。申请人应当编制符合上述

的证明材料，并将申请材料报送审计机关。审计机关将对经营场所和仓储场所进行备审，审计周期为30个工作日。符合条件的，发给《危险化学品经营许可证》。
