什么是网络出版物？
- 是指互联网信息服务提供者将自己创作或他人创作的作品经过选择和编辑加工，登载在互联网上或者通过互联网发送到用户端，供公众浏览、read、使用或者下载的在线传播行为。
- 网络出版物的范围： ①文学、艺术、科学等领域内具有知识性、思想性的文字、picture、地图、游戏、动漫、音视频读物等原创数字化作品； ②与已出版的图书、报纸、期刊、音像制品、电子出版物等内容相一致的数字化作品； ③将上述作品通过选择、编排、汇集等方式形成的网络文献数据库等数字化作品； ④国家新闻出版广电局认定的其他类型的数字化作品。

Application conditions
：
- 有确定的企业名称和经营范围。
- 有与出版物业务相适应的组织机构和发行人员。
- 有与出版物批发业务相适应的设备和固定的经营场所。
- 有相适应的注册资金。
- 无不良记录。
- 出版物经营许可证办理需要额外提供的材料： (one)出版物经营许可证批发额外需要提供;
- 注册资本500万元的资信证明;
- 经营场所的情况及使用权证明(进入批发市场的单店营业面积不少于50平方米，独立设置经营场所的营业 面积不少于200平方米)，填写经营场所所在地的地址平面图;
- 相应计算机管理条件的证明材料。
