：增项：人才中介服务1：注册资金50万以上(不需实缴，部分区实缴);2：实地经营且面积在60平以上(核查);3：五名大专以上人员且取得人力资源市场从业人员资格证;4：租赁合同剩余租赁期间要大于半年。
(审批时间长);5：公司不是本年度成立的，须提供上公司一年度的审计报告;6：公司经营范围里要有“人才中介服务”。深圳人力资源许可证办理时长自申请审核自受理之日起20个工作日办结，每年需要年检一次，时间为1到3月。
- 有机构章程,内容包括:机构性质、名称、address、注册资金及其来源和分配形式、职业介绍服务对象和服务内容、经营方式及经营范围等;
- 有与经营规模相适应的、商业用途的、属永久性建筑的(不允许在临狮筑开办)、场地经营面积不低于50平方米的(不含公摊面积)、合法的、固定的经营场所;
- 有不少于10万元的注册资金;
- 有3名以上(其中1名为法定代表人)取得广东省职业介绍从业人允格证的专职从业人员;
