as follows：许可机关在收到上述申请材料后，应当根据下列情况分别作出处理：(one)申请材料存在可以当场更正的错误的，应当允许申请人当场更正;(two)申请材料不齐全或者不符合法定形式的，应当当场或者在5个工作日内一次告知申请人需要补正的全部内容，逾期不告知的自收到申请材料之日起即为受理;(three)申请材料齐全、符合法定形式，或者申请人按照

提交了全部补正申请材料的，应当受理行政许可申请。

许可机关应当自受理之日起20个工作日内作出是否准予行政许可的决定。20个工作日内不能作出决定的，经本行政机关负责人批准，可以延长10个工作日，并应当将延长期限的理由告知申请人。

申请人的申请符合法定条件的，许可机关应当依法作出准予行政许可的书面决定，并自作出决定之日起5个工作日内通知申请人领取《劳务派遣经营许可证》;申请人的申请不符合法定条件的，许可机关应当依法作出不予行政许可的书面决定，说明不予行政许可的理由，并告知申请人享有依法申请行政复议或者提起行政诉讼的权利。
