劳务派遣行政许可证申办条件
- 有独立法人资格的境内社会组织、企事业机构(不含在境内设立的外商独资企业或中外合资、合作企业)，有符合国家法律、法规规定的机构名称、组织机构和章程;
- 注册资本不得少于人民币200万元;
- 有与开展业务相适应的固定的经营场所和设施;
- 有符合法律、行政法规规定的劳务派遣管理制度;
- 法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。
劳务派遣行政许可证申办材料
- Labor dispatch business license application form;
- 营业执照或者《企业名称预先核准通知书》;
- 公司章程以及验资机构出具的验资报告或者财务审计报告;
- 专经营场所的使用证明以及与开展业务相适应的办公设施设备、List of information management systems, etc.;
- Proof of identity of legal representative;
- Labor dispatch management system，including labor contract、labor remuneration、social insurance、working hours、rest vacation、Labor discipline and other rules and regulations related to the vital interests of workers;劳务派遣行政许可证办理程序申请材料存在可以当场更正的错误的，应当允许申请人当场更正;申请材料不齐全或者不符合法定形式的，应当当场或者在5个工作日内一次告知申请人需要补正的全部内容，逾期不告知的，自收到申请材料之日起即为受理;申请材料齐全、符合法定形式，或者申请人按照

提交了全部补正申请材料的，应当受理行政许可申请。
