- 安全管理制度和岗位安全操作规程、事故应急救援预案（按危险化学品应急救援新导则编制）；
- 经营成品油的单位还需要经贸部门颁发的《成品油批发、零售批准证书》复印件；
- 交纳风险抵1押金或者安全生产责任险。
