Application conditions

：①一类地区（广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、东莞、中山、江门、顺德）申请设立拍卖企业的，注册资本需达到1200万元以上；二类地区（汕头、惠州、阳江、湛江、茂名、肇庆、清远）申请设立拍卖企业的，注册资本需达到1000万元以上；三类地区（韶关、河源、梅州、汕尾、潮州、揭阳、云浮）申请设立拍卖企业的，注册资本需达到800万元以上。

企业经营文物拍卖的，按有关部门规定办理；②有自己的名称、组织机构和章程；③有固定的办公场所（建筑面积不少于200平方米，设有全省公共资源拍卖中心的地区不少于150平方米）；④有2名以上拍卖师；3名以上取得拍卖从业资格并有与主营业务密切联系的行业（如房地产评估、二手车鉴定评估、资产评估、产权经纪等）从业资格的专职或兼职人员；

Things to note

：深圳规定的注册资本是100万以上广东省商务厅规定的注册资本是1200万以上，2025年高院拍卖行的公司注册资本要达到2000万以上。
