Port communication商事主体经营异常名录是什么？《深圳经济特区商事登记若干规定》第三十一条第二款的规定：第三十一条实行经营异常目录制度。
商事主体有下列情形之一的，由商事登记机关将其从商事登记簿中移除，载入经营异常名录，并纳入信用监管体系：
- 不按时提交年度报告的；
- 通过登记的住所或者经营场所无法联系的；商事登记机关在作出载入异常名录决定之前，应当通过本规定第三十六条规定的信息平台告知商事主体作出载入经营异常名录决定的事实、理由及依据，并告知其依法享有的权利。
对商事主体载入经营异常名录负有个人责任的投资人、person in charge、director、supervisor、高级管理人员的信息纳入信用监管体系。
