one、必要条件

1. 外商投资公司必须是外籍人士
2. 融资租赁公司注册资金最低1000万美元；
3. 有融资租赁行业从业经验的三个高级管理人士
4. 投资方公司资料（成立2年以上的外资公司、Bank credit certificate、公司审计报告资产达到500万美元、香港律师公证文书）；可行性报告；
5. 若申请中外合资，外方占股比例不得低于25%。

two、应备资料

1. 境外公司合法开业证原件2份
2. 境外公司资信证明1份
3. 境外公司最近一年的审计报告（成立2年以上的）、需要香港会计师事务所出承诺函
4. 3名高管（

从事金融行业工作证明、简历及其毕业证书）

1. 境外公司董事长身份证明复印件（如：回乡证、身份证、护照、台胞证）
2. 境外公司地址、Telephone、传真
3. 上海融资租赁公司董事名单及身份证明复印件（如：回乡证、身份证、护照、台胞证）
4. 上海融资租赁公司监事名单及身份证明复印件（如：回乡证、身份证、护照、台胞证）
5. 上海融资租赁注册资本
6. 上海融资租赁公司经营年限、Business scope
7. 上海融资租赁公司租赁合同原件两份（上海地区需要到所在区房管所备案）；自有产权提供房产证复印件，产权人在复印件上签名。
