Port communication分类保理业务分为国际保理和国内保理，其中的国内保理是根据国际保理发展而来。国际保理又叫国际付款保理或保付代理。它是指保理商通过收购债权而向出口商提供信用保险或坏账担保、应收账款的代收或管理、贸易融资中至少两种业务的综合性金融服务业务，其核心内容是通过收购债权方式提供出口融资。
与国际保理不同的是，国内保理的保理商、保理申请人、商务合同买方均为国内机构。
商业保理公司注册条件
- 必须提供一个一年或者两年的海外公司（香港公司）
- 提供海外公司的核数报表（公司利润最少1000万港币）
- 提供海外公司银行资信证明,资信证明上必须要体现公司资产往来正常资信良好
- 公证认证海外公司全部资料申报条件
- 申请书；
- 投资各方签署的可行性研究报告；
- 合同、章程（外资企业只报送章程）；
- 投资各方的银行资信证明、注册登记证明（复印件）、法定代表人身份证明（复印件）；
- 投资各方经会计师事务所审计的最近一年的审计报告；
- 董事会成员名单及投资各方董事委派书；
- 高级管理人员的资历证明；
- 工商行政管理部门出具的企业名称预先核准通知书；
- 场地使用协议书（原件）和房地产权证明（复印件）；
