1. 变更融资租赁公司外商备案变更事项：融资租赁公司的董事会成员，法人和监事变更需要提供的资料：董事会成员中：董事长提供身份证复印件，另外两个董事也提供身份证复印件，三个董事会成员提供学历证书和简历，法人和监事身份证复印件，这些资料第一时间就先提供（身份证复印件都提供彩印）
2. 变更工商：需要提供法人身份原件，我们做签名文件然后寄到你们那边签字原件在变更工商的时候会提前三天通知到您这边。

1. 变更外资公司外资公司变更董事：提供新董事的身份证复印件，我们做签名文件，然后寄到你们那边签字，然后提交到主管单位。
2. 内资公司变更法人、股东和监事：需要提供法人和股东的身份证原件（若为公司股东提供公司营业执照正本原件和公章），监事身份证复印件。
