Port communication融资担保企业在金融工作局指导下开展检查活动据悉，各地金融工作局又在全省开展新一轮融资担保公司全面检查，“吸收公众存款或者变相吸收公众存款、从事自营贷款或者受托贷款、开展受托投资且情节严重”等五条“红线”的，将吊销其融资担保业务资格。
融资难、融资贵一直是小微、“三农”、创业创新企业等急需信贷支持企业最难逾越的障碍，此次由国家牵头设立的国融担保基金公司，一方面可有效保障小微、“三农”和创业创新企业融资渠道，助推企业发展壮大；另一方面对推动普惠金融发展、鼓励创业创新、促进经济转型升级具有重要意义。
互联网借贷担保是指融资担保公司为银行、小额贷款公司等经有权机关依法批准设立的金融机构直接通过互联网渠道向借款人发放贷款提供担保，以及融资担保公司以网络借贷信息中介机构为借贷平台，为平台上的出借人向借款人贷款提供担保的行为。
四川省金融工作局表明，在互联网金融清理整顿结束后，省内法人融资担保公司以及省外融资担保公司在川分支机构开展以网络借贷信息中介机构为借贷平台的互联网借贷担保业务，监管评级应达到A级，合作对象须为在金融监管部门完成备案登记的网络借贷信息中介机构，并应严格按照国家有关规定开展业务。
当前我国中小企业信用信息体系仍不完善，且短时期内难以大幅改善，亟需尝试推广“关系型信贷”，助力缓解融资难题。
