相关流程人力资源服务许可证是人力资源服务机构设立的必要前提条件。也是规范人力资源服务行业、提高人力资源服务行业门槛的有力保障。人力资源服务许可证由省级机关受理，是由省人力资源和社会保障厅核实批准颁发的许可证之一。
人力资源服务许可证办理资料：
- 人力资源服务机构申请登记表；
- 所用场地的产权或租凭证明；
- 不少于10万元注册资金证明材料；
- 5名以上具有大专以上学历并经过相关培训从业人员证明材料以及社保记录；
- 健全可行的工作章程、制度和开发人力资源服务的工作规则、安全管理制度；
- 工商行政部门核发的《企业名称预先核准通知书》。
初步审核通过，会提交到责任科室再进行审核，工作人员会进行现场核查，site，设备，人员等进行审核，并对申报材料进行后的审核批准，合格的，业务窗口办理发证手续。申办成功过，由人力资源和社会保障局颁发后可持《人力资源服务许可证》及相关文件可申请人力资源服务营业。Related products：人力资源服务许可证
