全国保险经纪和保险代理公司注册要求

近期保监会简政放权，保险牌照再度开闸，对于一些没有成功注册申请保险经纪公司经营许可证的企业来说，这是一次难得的机会。保险经纪公司注册时就目前现在政策权当如何申请办理保险经纪经营许可证？ 在我国，保险经纪公司的设立将由保监会严格审批。

经批准开业的保险经纪公司在领取《经营保险经纪业务许可证》后，应据此在工商行政管理机关注册登记才可营业，并且还应在保监会指定的报纸上发表公告。保险经纪公司的注册没立申请涉及以下几个方面：保险经纪公司注册设立申请

全国保险经纪公司注册申请设立代办专业打造申请设立外资保险经纪公司的外国保险经纪公司除具备上述条件外，The following conditions should also be met：(1)Good credit standing，Have not been subject to any major punishment by the competent authorities or judicial departments of the country in which they are located in the past three years。(2)Operating insurance brokerage business for more than 20 years。(3)Operating income for three consecutive years before application is no less than US$100 million。(4)Have a representative office in China for more than two years。

。保险经纪公司的股东应符合保险经纪人管理的有关规定，各级党政机关、、社会团体、国家拨给经费的事业单位以及保险公司不得向保险经纪公司投资入股。

申请筹建外资保险经纪公司应向保监会递交的文件有：筹建各方法定代表人签署的筹建申请报告；可行性报告及筹建方案、所在国家核发的营业执照(副本)、经营保险经纪业务20年以上的有关证明文件；近3年的年报或资产负责情况及有关证明文件；以及保监会

申请筹建保险经纪公司在经保监会批准后，应由股东发起单位组织筹建保险经纪公司，筹建期限为6个月，在筹建期内，保险经纪公司不得从事任何保险经纪活动。(2)开业阶段。保险经纪公司申请开业时应提交的文件有：①开业申请报告。②公司章程。③股东名册及其股份额、资信证明和其他有关资料。

④保监会认可的验资机构出具的资本金证明，入账原始凭证复印件。⑤拟任高级管理人员的任职资格审查表及有关资格证明。⑥公司人员名单、资格证书复印件和其他有关证件。⑦公司营业场所所有权或使用权的证明文件。⑧保监会

的其他材料。自批准筹建之日起6个月内未申请开业或未达成开业标准者，原来的批准文件将自动失效。

1. 缴存保证金。保险经纪公司接到开业批准后，须按资本金的15％向保监会缴存保证金。
2. 申请《保险经纪机构许可证》。被批准开业的保险经纪公司应向保监会申领《保险经纪机构许可证》，并据此在工商行政管理机关注册登记，方可开业 被批准开业的保险经纪公司应在指定的报纸上进行公告。

保险经纪机构的许可证的有效期为2年。【2025年后保监会明确，保险经纪公司许可证的有效期为3年，保险经纪公司应当在有效期届满30日前，向中国保监会申请延续。中国保监会在许可证有效期届满前对保险经纪公司前3年的经营情况进行全面审查和综合评价，并作出是否批准延续许可证有效期的决定。

决定不予延续的，应当书面说明理由】。
