企业名称预核准通知书;
Power of attorney;
外商投资企业设立登记申请书(一式两份原件);
项目申请报告书(内附提纲供参考，需由法定代表人或持有授权委托书的代理人签字);
企业章程(需由投资方法定代表人或持有授权委托书的代理人签字);
董事会成员名单;
法定代表人及董事会成员委派书(附法定代表人及董事会成员有效合法的护照或身份证件复印件);
法定代表人委派书(不设董事会的提交此项,附法定代表人有效合法的护照或身份证件复印件);
投资者的合法开业证明复印件，需附法定代表人证明函(原件)及其身份证明复印件;外方投资者为自然人的需提供身份证明复印件，台湾客商需提供台胞证复印件;
投资者开户银行出具的资信证明;
环保部门审批意见请申请者提前持投资计划书、场地或土地使用证明、授权委托书以及申请书前往环保局申请批复，但本批复不能代替新公司取得营业执照后须完成的〈环境影响评估报告〉(由新公司邀请专门的评估公司根据项目量身制定);
企业场地落实证明或厂房租赁合同(需提供出租方产权证明、营业执照及法定代表人身份证明复印件);
涉及照前行业许可的其它有关文件证件。
