前海商秘将13家虚假申报企业列入前海住所托管企业负面清单

以来已有一个多月的时间，许多托管企业都能按照前海商秘公司的

提供合规的地址证明材料，完善企业信息，续签住所托管协议。但部分托管企业仍心存侥幸，提供虚假地址证明办理住所托管业务。

经前海商秘公司核实，发现深圳市财天下财务顾问有限公司等13家企业提交虚假地址证明材料，其中新设企业1家，续约企业12家。根据深圳市前海商务秘书有限公司住所托管业务管理暂行制度，现将该13家企业列入住所托管负面清单，不再为其提供住所托管服务。

前海最新虚假申报企业名单已托管企业续约流程

1. 企业名称、法定代表人等信息在挂靠协议有效期内未发生变更的，在协议到期前一个月申请续约。
2. 在规定时间内进入前海商秘公司住所托管系统，按

上传相应的材料图片并提交，出现提交成功提示，等待后台按照提交时间的先后顺序审核

1. 网上审核通过后，在商秘公司公众号预约窗口办理时间，并携带相关材料按预约时间前往窗口签订纸质版协议
2. 办理前海地址托管及续约，方圆国际商务服务有限公司，或者直接在下方留言或者私信哦。
