Application conditions
：one、外国投资者的总资产不得低于500万美元；two、外商投资租赁公司应当符合下列条件：
- 注册资本符合《公司法》的有关规定；
- 符合外商投资企业注册资本和投资总额的有关规定；
- 有限责任公司形式的外商投资租赁公司的经营期限一般不超过30年。
three、外商投资融资租赁公司应当符合下列条件：
- 注册资本不低于1000万美元；
- 有限责任公司形式的外商投资融资租赁公司的经营期限一般不超过30年。
- 拥有相应的专业人员，高级管理人员应具有相应专业资质和不少于三年的从业经验。
- 、设立股份有限公司的，公司注册资本的低限额为人民币３千万元，其中外国股东购买并持有的股份应不低于公司注册资本的２５％。
- 外资融资租赁公司申请材料：
- 申请书；
- 投资各方签署的可行性研究报告；
- contract、章程（外资企业只报送章程）；
- 投资各方的银行资信证明、注册登记证明（复印件）、法定代表人身份证明（复印件）；
- 投资各方经会计师事务所审计的近一年的审计报告；
- 董事会成员名单及投资各方董事委派书；
- 高级管理人员的资历证明；
- 工商行政管理部门出具的企业名称预先核准通知书；
- 申请成立股份有限公司的，还应提交有关规定
