：1）在深圳辖区内有实际经营办公场所，并能提供租赁凭证（或自有房屋的产权证明）；属于租赁场地的，经房屋租赁管理所备案的租赁凭证承租期限须在1年以上，且实际租赁面积应大于5平米（含），承租人应为企业法定代表人/企业出资股东/拟企业主体。
2）企业所在行业非互联网金融服务；3）企业申请时企业住所未处于异常失联状态；
- 地址托管期限：1）新办企业：首次申请商秘地址托管，托管期限为1个季度。2）续签企业：托管期限是12个月；
