Application process
港信通为进一步规范前海住所托管业务，不断优化完善企业住所托管服务，同时便于相关监管部门事中事后监管。自2025年元旦之日起，对于首次申请托管、办理续签、变更前海商秘地址的企业，
Require
提供深圳辖区内的租赁红本、或者自有房屋的产权证明用作实际经营场所的证明材料。
不能提供上述场地证明材料的，不予以核准托管申请。前海地址托管协议续签业务流程如下：
- 住所托管协议到期前一个月内，需及时办理续期，如未及时办理，将被列入经营异常名录。
- 登陆前海商秘公司住所托管系统，按

上传相应的材料图片并提交，等待后台按照提交时间的先后顺序审核。
- 网上审核通过后，在商秘公司公众号预约窗口办理时间，并携带相关材料按预约时间前往窗口签订纸质版协议。
