不得以任何途径租借，涂改，转让，出售，伪造《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》以及其他相关许可，《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》和《电视剧制作许可证(甲种)》载明的制作机构名称、法定代表人、地址和章程、《电视剧制作许可证(乙种)》载明的制作机构名称、剧名、集数等发生变更，持证机构应报原发证机关履行变更审批手续;终止广播电视节目制作经营活动的，应在一周内到原发证机关办理注销手续。
根据规定申请《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》应符合国家有关广播电视节目制作产业发展规划、布局和结构， 并具备下列条件：one、具有独立法人资格，有符合国家法律、法规规定的机构名称、组织机构和章程；two、有适应业务范围需要的广播电视及相关专业人员、资金和工作场所，其中企业注册资金不少于300万元人民币；三、在申请之日前3年，其法定代表人无违法违规记录或机构无被吊销过《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》的记录；四、法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。
