而近期，随着监管加强，不允许无牌照销售，机构对基金销售牌照的渴望正进一步升级 独立基金销售机构可以专业从事基金及其他金融理财产品销售，其申请基金销售业务资格，除具备本办法第九条规定的条件外，还应当具备下列条件：

- Senior managers have obtained fund practitioner qualifications，Familiar with fund sales business，And have more than 2 years of work experience in fund business or more than 5 years of work experience in other financial-related institutions；
- 取得基金从业资格的人员不少于10人 自然人参股独立基金销售机构，应当具备以下条件：
- 有从事证券、基金或者其他金融业务10年以上或者证券、基金业务部门管理5年以上或者担任证券、基金行业高级管理人员3年以上的工作经历（受保监会，Securities Regulatory Commission，银监会监管的相关金融行业，比如公募基金公司，securities，Insurance，futures，交易所，小贷，pawn shop，融资担保等等，开具从业证明，从业证明必须要取得律师认可）；
- 近3年没有受到刑事处罚；
- 近3年没有受到金融监管、行业监管、工商、税务等行政管理部门的行政处罚；
- 在自律管理、商业银行等机构无不良记录；
- 无到期未清偿的数额较大的债务；
- 近3年无其他重大不良诚信记录。
