- 同时申请实收资本备案的，有限责任公司提交公司出具的注明验资证明编号的《出资证明书》(原件1份);股份有限公司提交会计师事务所出具的验资报告或银行询证函(原件1份);
- 法律、行政法规和国务院决定规定设立公司必须报经批准的，提交有关的批准文件或者许可证书(复印件1份，核对原件)。
- 一人(自然人)独资有限公司应提交一人有限公司承诺书。
