纳税人的义务

1. 纳税人有依法纳税的义务。
2. 纳税人有依照税法规定申请办理税务登记、变更或注销税务登记的义务，并按照规定使用税务登记证件，不得转借、涂改、损毁、买卖或伪造税务登记证件。
3. 纳税人有按规定设置帐簿的义务。
4. 纳税人有按税法的规定办理纳税申报，报送纳税申报表、财务会计报表以及税务机关

纳税人报送的其他资料的义务。因特殊情况不能按期办理的，需报经税务机关批准。

1. 纳税人有按照税法规定的纳税期限缴纳税款的义务。
2. 纳税人要按照税收法律与行政法规的规定保管和使用发票。
3. 纳税人欠缴税款需要出境的，应当在出境前向税务机关结清应纳税款或者提供担保。
4. 纳税人要接受税务机关的税务检查，如实反映情况，提供有关证明资料，不得拒绝、隐瞒。
5. 纳税人与税务机关发生纳税争议时，在纳税人缴纳税款及滞纳金或提供纳税担保后，可以申请行政复议，对行政复议决定不服的，可依法向人民法院起诉。纳税人对税务机关作出的处罚决定或采取的税收保全措施、税收强制执行措施不服的，可依法申请行政复议，也可依法向人民法院起诉。
6. 扣缴义务人有代扣代缴、代收代缴税款的义务。
7. 国家法律、行政法规规定的其他义务。
