美国绿卡、出生纸、结婚证海牙认证使馆认证的流程 美国绿卡/GreenCard、出生纸、结婚证做 海牙认证/apostille认证及使馆认证。由于公证认证有两种方式，即 海牙认证和使馆认证。

美国绿卡、出生纸、结婚证如果是要在国内使用那么则需办理使馆认证，如果是要在海牙国家或者承认海牙公约的地区则要办理海牙认证。一般美国绿卡、出生纸、结婚证是用在处置国内房产、小孩上户口、办签证、出具同一人声明书、美国公司在国内设立子公司海外代表处，法人证件绿卡需要认证、申请中国永居绿卡等情况下的。

美国绿卡/GreenCard、出生纸、结婚证海牙认证/apostille认证及使馆认证资料： 美国绿卡、出生纸、结婚证的扫描件或者复印件； 申请人的有效护照扫描件或者复印件； 美国使馆认证申请书。

美国绿卡/GreenCard、出生纸、结婚证海牙认证/apostille流程： 需要先将美国绿卡GreenCard、出生纸、结婚证由国际公证律师进行公证； 然后将已经做好公证的文件递交到美国州务卿进行认证并且加以加签。

美国绿卡GreenCard、出生纸、结婚证使馆认证流程： 需要先将美国永久居民卡、出生纸、结婚证由国际公证律师进行公证； 需要将公证好的文件由美国州务卿进行认证； 需要将州务卿认证好的文件递交到中国驻美国使馆认证。

海牙认证/apostille及使馆认证的时间： 加急的话海牙认证需要7个工作日 使馆认证大约需要15个工作日。因为除了美国所能确定该绿卡、出生纸、结婚证的真实性外，美国绿卡之所以需要进行公证认证。其他国家都只能通过公证认证的方式来确定。并且使其在使用的时候能够具有相应的法律效力。
