Application conditions
解读旅行社业务经营许可证，是根据《旅行社管理条例》第十二条，由国家旅游局政策法规司发布的法定。设立任何类型旅行社，都必须要向相关的旅游行政管理部门提出申请。
申请时，应将事先准备好的文件呈交受理申请的旅游行政管理部门，申请获得批准后，旅游行政管理部门应当向申请获批准的申请人颁发旅行社营业许可证，申请人持旅行社营业许可证向工商行政管理部门领取营业执照。未取得旅行社业务营业许可证的，不得从事旅游业务。
旅行社经营许可证办理条件
- 符合旅游业务发展规划;
- 符合旅游市场需要;
- 有固定的营业场所;有必要的营业设施;有经培训并持有省、自治区、直辖市以上人民政府旅游行政管理部门颁发的资格证书的经营人员;
- 旅社旅行社注册资本：international travel agency：不得少于150万元人民币;国内旅行社：不得少于30万元人民币;
- 旅行社交纳质量保证金：国际社经营入境业务的交纳60万元人民币;经营出境旅游业务的交纳100万元人民币。
